Your private yoga instruction is catered to what your mind & body need for the day. You will move through a series of poses that focus on stretching, strengthening, and rinsing the body of toxins. Aromatherapy & breathwork are also incorporated to ensure complete relaxation.
Class is one-on-one with your instructor, and performed outdoors. Please wear comfortable stretchy clothing, your mask & bring a water bottle.
A mat can be provided.
Beginners & practitioners of all levels are welcome.

Therapeutic Yoga is taught by Claire, a Vinyasa Yoga teacher with over 7 years experience. Vinyasa Yoga is a gentle flowing sequence of poses that integrates the breath with the body. Much like massage therapy, the intent of yoga is to gently move & release stagnant energy within the body.
